Location.

There is no flexibility with a large group of customers. We had arrived in the morning (about 2 a.m.) and needed late check out (at least 12 pm) would have been ok... but we had to empty out room by 10 a.m. we family that was mixed with old and young people, we wanted to visit temple for Darshan which we could not enjoy as comfortably. There is lack of understanding...sure the place was clean but the front desk not helpful.

Hot water central system, few lights were on though main supply was off for a while, location very good, price reasonable

No parking so have to pay for it & was charged for driver stay which was minimal but no one charged at other hotels during my trip

Location was approachable. The approach area is a small lane . It's a shabby entrance as it's inside the nathdwara city. It doesn't hv a wheelchair access.

The approach area and thd price was too high for the location and facilities

Good thing about this hotel was it was very close the temple , staff and all the three people at the front desk was very polite friendly and helpful service was good , over all excellent hospitality

We didn’t like location because it was in very narrow spaces signboard was not very visible, need get the bigger signboard

The hotel is very close to Shrinathji haveli which is good for devotees wanting to take blessing of all Darshan during the day. Very clean rooms and staff is very courteous and helpful. The hotel is near to the main market lane full of shops for shopping and a few restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Cars are not allowed on the narrow market roads in Nathdwara and hence you have to hire a porter to transport your luggage from the car parking point to the hotel which is about six hundred meters.The haveli management and the nearby hotel association should take reformative steps towards developing the civic infrastructure of city.

Liked hotel Cleanliness. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff was responsive.

The room charges per night were too high comparatively. I took 2 rooms with 2 persons in one room and 3 persons in other room. Paid almost 8k which is too costly because stay was for or 1N only...

Ideal Location. Very near to Shrinathji Mandir. Overall stay and assigning cab are awesome.

False information. Hotel is more than half mile away whereas advertising 125 meters. It has cost me Rs.1200/- to wheel chair puller for my wife. Very difficult to compare with hotel hotels which are really 100 meters away. Remote location with cows, dogs, dung and dirt around.

There beds have sharp corners. While walking in the room, it gave scratches in my legs many times.

Approach is very poor, difficult to find. Not worth pricing.

Owner of property is very cooperative. Counter staff is ok, not fit to travel industry

No view from room. Hotel is located near temple old building converted in to good hotel.. inside its very good. Rooms are spacious and ambiance is also good. Only point is there is no view from room..

The rooms are very clean and tidy. Staff I courteous and helpful. Location is in a bylane - a little distance from the temple but the warm service of the staff makes up for all the Downs.
